Steps To Use
Install
Install Survey CTO from Google play and the app store.
Step 2
Go to General setting and fill Server name, User name and Password.
Step 3
Than Go to Get Blank Form and everytime get new blank form
Step 4
Then select a blank form and click on get selected.
Step 5
Then go to fill Blank form and Start filling the form.
Step 6
Form language can be changed by clicking on menu icon and then click “Change Language”. you can comfortably change the language at any time.
Step 7
You can click "Save Change" at any point while the survey is still unfinished to store it and finish it at a later time.
Step 8
You can return to the main screen and select "Send Finalized Form" after completing the survey and having internet access. This will upload the forms to the server, and an online admin panel will enable the administrators to view the data in real time.
